The name BellMan and the philosophy of a concierge were inspired by my travels and experiences at five-star hotels. The first person you meet when you arrive at the hotel is the bellman. The bellman’s sole purpose is to serve you, make sure your stay gets off to a great start, and connect you with the information and resources you need to have a wonderful visit to an unfamiliar place.
